- 5 Apples
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Cardamom
- 4 tbsp Potato flour
Dough
- 175 g Butter
- 2 dl Sugar
- 3 dl Oats
- 1 1/2 dl Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 1/2 dl Light syrup
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl and spread them out in the pie dish.
- In another bowl, mix the sugar, salt, oats, flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and pour it into the bowl along with the syrup.
- Stir into a smooth batter and dollop it onto the apple filling. Carefully spread it into an even layer over the apples.
- Bake the pie in the middle of the oven for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown and no longer glossy.
