- 2 Pickles
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 3/4 dl Mayonnaise
- 1 1/4 dl Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Chives
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Salt
- 1 Sugar
- 1 Pepper

- 1Chop the onion and start frying the butter over medium heat.
- 2Add the onion to the pan when the butter starts to bubble along with some sugar and salt.
- 3Fry over medium heat for about 30 minutes until fully caramelized.
- 4In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, chives, Worcestershire sauce with salt and pepper.
- 5Finely chop the pickles and add them to the bowl along with the onion.
