Burger Sauce

  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Pickles
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 3/4 dl Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/4 dl Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Chives
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Sugar
  • 1 Pepper

    Chop the onion and start frying the butter over medium heat.

    Add the onion to the pan when the butter starts to bubble along with some sugar and salt.

    Fry over medium heat for about 30 minutes until fully caramelized.

    In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, chives, Worcestershire sauce with salt and pepper.

    Finely chop the pickles and add them to the bowl along with the onion.
