Servings- 213 g Flour
- 150 g Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 4/5 dl Milk
- 170 g Melted butter and oil
- 2 Eggs
- Lemon zest
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients in a larger bowl.
- Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ones and mix with a spatula.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Check with a toothpick.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely before eating.
