  • 213 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 4/5 dl Milk
  • 170 g Melted butter and oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • Lemon zest

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients in a larger bowl.
  4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ones and mix with a spatula.
  5. Pour the batter into the cupcake liners.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Check with a toothpick.
  7. Let the cupcakes cool completely before eating.
