  • 5 Apples
  • 5 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Cardamom
  • 4 tbsp Potato starch
  • Dough

  • 175 g Butter
  • 2 dl Sugar
  • 3 dl Oats
  • 1 1/2 dl Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 dl Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Apple pie

    Preheat the oven to 175°C.

    Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl and spread them out in the pie dish.

    In another bowl, mix the sugar, salt, oats, flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.

    Melt the butter in a saucepan and pour it into the bowl along with the syrup.

    Stir into a smooth batter and dollop it onto the apple filling. Carefully spread it into an even layer over the apples.

    Bake the pie in the middle of the oven for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown and no longer glossy.
