- 150 g Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 4/5 dl Milk
- 70 g Butter
- 1 dl Oil
- 2 Eggs
- Lemon zest

- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl.
- 3Mix the wet ingredients in a larger bowl.
- 4Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ones and mix with a spatula.
- 5Pour the batter into the cupcake liners.
- 6Bake for 15-20 minutes. Check with a toothpick.
- 7Let the cupcakes cool completely before eating.
