  • 215 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 4/5 dl Milk
  • 70 g Butter
  • 1 dl Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • Lemon zest

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl.

    Mix the wet ingredients in a larger bowl.

    Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ones and mix with a spatula.

    Pour the batter into the cupcake liners.

    Bake for 15-20 minutes. Check with a toothpick.

    Let the cupcakes cool completely before eating.
