  • 200 g Butter
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 4 1/2 dl Sugar
  • 2 dl Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 3/10 tsp Salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate while stirring in a saucepan.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients for the cake and stir into a smooth batter.
  4. Grease and flour a springform pan.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.
  6. Let cool completely before indulging.
